Founded in 2023 by Servus Japan Inc. CEO Kazuhiro Ikeda, TGM aims to create opportunities for youth to thrive in the racing world and to support their growth.
The team’s core engineers come from Servus Japan Inc and have a strong background in motorsport as well as engineers specializing in robotic and autonomous technologies. These engineers are supported by university students who bring a fresh perspective and ideas.

At its heart, TGM believes that personal growth, technological innovation, and economic progress are all fuelled by the human drive to compete. Its pink A2RL Avatar, Sakura, is inspired by the team’s branding and the island nation’s symbolic cherry blossoms.
