Hailing from Politecnico di Milano, one of Europe’s leading technical universities, PoliMOVE was established to explore and advance autonomous driving in the extreme environment of motorsport.

Composed of PhD candidates, researchers, engineers and graduate students, the team brings together expertise across the autonomous driving software stack to deliver high-performance operation. With access to state-of-the-art laboratories and infrastructure, PoliMOVE designs, simulates and deploys innovative autonomous solutions with speed and precision.

The first autonomous racing team to complete the renowned Goodwood Festival of Speed hillclimb, PoliMOVE has continued to demonstrate its capabilities in A2RL, securing P3 in the Season 2 Grand Final at Yas Marina Circuit.

Now competing on A2RL’s international stage, PoliMOVE has carried that performance to Imola, qualifying P2 as the league makes its international racing debut in Italy. Through its continued pursuit of performance and innovation, the team aims to remain at the forefront of autonomous vehicle technology.

PoliMOVE’s A2RL Avatar, EVA, is named after the female goddesses from ancient Greek and Roman mythology and partly inspired by the famous anime Neon Genesis Evangelion.
