FLY EAGLE
This dedicated technical team is a collaboration between the Beijing Institute of Technology and Khalifa University. With a winning track record in other unmanned extreme challenges, FlyEagle is an ambitious contender for A2RL Season 2.
The team is structured into five groups: Perception, Localization, Planning, Control, and Prediction. Members themselves come from a variety of disciplines, including Aerospace Science and Technology, Computer Science and Technology, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, and more.
This year, FlyEagle is aiming to break through to the top tier of A2RL with faster lap times and higher rankings thanks to its pre-existing experience in rapidly improving algorithm performance.

The team’s avatar, Feiying, was derived from the Chinese pronunciation of FlyEagle, representing the speed and precision of an eagle in flight. It’s a name that has already proven successful and fortunate.
